Araghchi Emphasizes Strengthening Iran-Africa Relations

Tehran, The Gulf Observer: Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has underscored the importance of developing relations between Iran and African countries, highlighting Tehran’s commitment to expanding cooperation across the continent.
Araghchi made the remarks during a meeting with Mahmoud Khani-Jooyabadi, Iran’s newly appointed ambassador to Mali.
During the meeting, the foreign minister called for enhanced efforts to strengthen Iran-Mali ties, particularly in the economic sector, emphasizing mutual interests and opportunities for growth.
Ambassador Jooyabadi presented a report outlining his proposed plans and provided an overview of the current status of Tehran–Bamako relations in various areas, reaffirming his commitment to advancing bilateral cooperation.
