Trump Announces Cancellation of Documents Allegedly Signed by Biden via Autopen

Washington, D.C., The Gulf Observer: Former U.S. President Donald Trump announced on Friday that he is terminating all documents he claims were signed by President Joe Biden using an autopen device.
In a post on Truth Social, Trump alleged that 92% of documents signed during Biden’s presidency were executed with the device. “The Autopen is not allowed to be used if approval is not specifically given by the President of the United States,” Trump wrote, adding that “the Radical Left Lunatics circling Biden around the beautiful Resolute Desk in the Oval Office took the Presidency away from him.”
Trump stated that he is canceling all executive orders and “anything else that was not directly signed by Crooked Joe Biden, because the people who operated the Autopen did so illegally.” He further threatened to charge Biden with perjury if he claims to have authorized the use of the device.
An autopen is a mechanical device that holds a real pen and reproduces a person’s signature automatically, using a pre-set template. While the device has been in use by the U.S. government since the Truman administration, the Department of Justice’s Office of Legal Counsel has confirmed that autopen signatures are legally valid for presidential actions, provided they are authorized by the president.
During his tenure, Biden signed 162 executive orders, along with hundreds of memoranda, proclamations, and notices. Trump’s announcement marks an unprecedented challenge to the legitimacy of documents signed under the previous administration.
