UAE President Accepts Invitation to Join U.S. Board of Peace
Abu Dhabi, The Gulf Observer: President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has accepted an invitation from the United States to join the Board of Peace, the UAE’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, announced.
Sheikh Abdullah highlighted that the UAE’s decision underscores the significance of fully implementing U.S. President Donald J. Trump’s 20-point peace plan for Gaza, which is deemed crucial for the realization of the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people.
He also reaffirmed the UAE’s confidence in President Trump’s leadership and dedication to global peace, citing the historic Abraham Accords as an example of his commitment.
Sheikh Abdullah further emphasized the UAE’s readiness to actively contribute to the mission of the Board of Peace, promoting enhanced cooperation, stability, and prosperity for all.
