Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan Discuss Expanding Bilateral Cooperation in Ashgabat

Ashgabat, The Gulf Observer: Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ali Asadov, currently on a working visit to Ashgabat, met with President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov on May 22 to discuss bilateral relations and prospects for enhanced cooperation.

During the meeting, Ali Asadov conveyed the greetings of President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev to the Turkmen president.

President Berdimuhamedov expressed his appreciation for the greetings and requested that his own greetings be conveyed to President Aliyev.

Both sides praised the dynamic development of political dialogue between Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan, emphasizing that bilateral ties continue to strengthen on the basis of mutual trust and friendship.

The meeting also featured discussions on opportunities to expand cooperation across various sectors, reflecting the commitment of both countries to further deepen bilateral partnership.
