Kyrgyzstan and KSA to cooperate in environmental protection
Bishkek, The Gulf Observer: Kyrgyzstan Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Akyalbek Japarov approved the draft Memorandum of Understanding in environmental protection between the Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology and Technical Supervision of Kyrgyzstan and the Ministry of Environment, Water Resources and Agriculture of Saudi Arabia.
The Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Saudi Arabia is authorized to sign the draft document, the order of the Cabinet of Ministers dated November 23 says.
The parties will cooperate in strengthening the human and technical capacity of specialists in climate change adaptation, protecting biodiversity and restoring landscapes and mountain, pasture ecosystems, waste management, application of economic methods in nature management and education and environmental information.
