Azerbaijan and Türkiye FMs Discuss Bilateral Ties, Upcoming Summit

Baku, The Gulf Observer: In a phone conversation on June 17, Foreign Ministers Jeyhun Bayramov of Azerbaijan and Hakan Fidan of Türkiye discussed various aspects of the bilateral allied relations between their countries, according to a statement from the Azerbaijani Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The ministers reviewed the preparations for the forthcoming Informal Summit of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), which is set to take place in Shusha. This summit is anticipated to further strengthen the cooperation and solidarity among the Turkic nations.
During their discussion, Bayramov and Fidan also exchanged views on several bilateral issues of mutual interest and deliberated on the regional situation. This conversation underscores the ongoing commitment of both nations to enhance their strategic partnership and address regional challenges collaboratively.
The Azerbaijani MFA emphasized the importance of such high-level communications in fostering the enduring friendship and cooperation between Azerbaijan and Türkiye.
