Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Explores Singapore’s Iconic ‘Gardens by the Bay’

Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, visited Singapore’s renowned Gardens by the Bay as part of his official visit to the Republic of Singapore. His Highness’s tour showcased Singapore’s advancements in environmental sustainability and urban greening, positioning the city-state as a global leader in eco-friendly development.

Sheikh Khaled toured the Cloud Forest, an iconic indoor mountain surrounded by lush plants and vibrant flowers, as well as the Supertree Grove, a collection of towering tree-shaped structures enhanced with lights and speakers for unique evening performances.

Impressed by Singapore’s vision, Sheikh Khaled praised Gardens by the Bay as an inspiring model for integrating green spaces into urban and economic development. “Today, I had the pleasure of visiting Gardens by the Bay, which embodies Singapore’s commitment to sustainability and innovation,” he wrote in the guestbook. “We look forward to enhancing UAE-Singapore cooperation in sustainability and eco-friendly infrastructure, towards reaching new heights of partnership.”
