Algeria’s President Tebboune Orders Full Medical Support for Victims of Mohammadia Institution Fire

Algiers, The Gulf Observer: Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune has directed that all available state resources be mobilized to ensure the best possible medical care for those injured in the devastating fire at the Assisted Childhood Institution in Mohammadia, Algiers.
According to the Presidency, President Tebboune reaffirmed the government’s commitment to providing comprehensive treatment and support for the victims, instructing health authorities and medical teams to utilize every available resource to guarantee optimal care.
The President also expressed his deep concern over the tragedy and emphasized that the state would continue to closely monitor the condition of the injured while extending all necessary assistance to those affected and their families.
The fire, which broke out at the Assisted Childhood Institution earlier this week, claimed the lives of 11 people, including children, and left 19 others injured. Emergency services responded swiftly to the incident, evacuating residents and transporting the injured to nearby hospitals for treatment. Authorities have launched an investigation to determine the cause of the blaze.
President Tebboune reiterated the government’s solidarity with the victims and praised the efforts of medical personnel, civil protection teams, and emergency responders working tirelessly in the aftermath of the tragedy.
