Azerbaijan Strengthens Diaspora Efforts with Meeting in Austria’s Cultural Capital
Salzburg, The Gulf Observer: A meeting between representatives of the State Committee for Work with Diaspora and Azerbaijani diaspora activists in Austria was held at the Azerbaijan House in Salzburg, the cultural capital of Austria. The event, organized under the auspices of the Austrian Azerbaijani Society, aimed to strengthen diaspora-building efforts in Austria and outline future activities.
The head of the Austrian Azerbaijani Society and the Salzburg Azerbaijan House addressed the gathering, emphasizing the Azerbaijan House’s pivotal role in fostering cultural ties and unity among the Azerbaijani community in Austria.
During the meeting, several prominent diaspora members and activists were recognized for their significant contributions to the Azerbaijani diaspora in 2024. Certificates of appreciation were presented to honor their efforts and dedication.
