Azerbaijani Ambassador Khazar Farhadov Pays Farewell Call on Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif

Islamabad, The Gulf Observer: Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Pakistan, *H.E. Mr. Khazar Farhadov, paid a farewell call on *Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif as he concluded his diplomatic tenure in the country.

During the meeting, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif appreciated Ambassador Farhadov’s valuable contributions to strengthening the longstanding friendship and strategic partnership between Pakistan and Azerbaijan. He acknowledged the Ambassador’s efforts in promoting bilateral cooperation across diverse sectors, including trade, investment, energy, defence, and people-to-people exchanges.

The Prime Minister conveyed his best wishes to Ambassador Farhadov for his future assignments and reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to further deepening its close and brotherly ties with Azerbaijan. He also expressed confidence that the enduring relationship between the two countries would continue to flourish through enhanced collaboration and mutual understanding.

Ambassador Khazar Farhadov thanked the Prime Minister and the Government of Pakistan for the support and cooperation extended to him during his tenure. He expressed his gratitude for the warm hospitality he received in Pakistan and reiterated Azerbaijan’s commitment to expanding bilateral relations and advancing cooperation in areas of mutual interest.
