Islamabad, The Gulf Observer: Chinese Premier Li Qiang on Wednesday called for deeper cooperation and expanded collaboration within the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) during the 23rd Meeting of the Council of Heads of Government of SCO Member States.
