El-Sisi Calls for Strengthened Humanitarian Efforts and Ceasefire Implementation in Gaza

Cairo, The Gulf Observer: President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi emphasized the urgent need to enhance joint efforts to ensure the delivery of sufficient humanitarian aid and relief to the Gaza Strip while reinforcing the ceasefire for its full implementation.

During a meeting with Sheikh Fahad Yousef Saud Al-Sabah, First Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defense, and Minister of Interior of the State of Kuwait, President El-Sisi underscored that such efforts would help restore regional stability and facilitate progress toward a political resolution based on the two-state solution, in line with international legitimacy.

The discussions also focused on the latest developments in the Gaza Strip, the implementation of the ceasefire agreement, and mechanisms for delivering humanitarian assistance to the affected areas.

President El-Sisi extended Egypt’s appreciation for Kuwait’s unwavering support of the Palestinian cause and its prominent role in humanitarian initiatives.
