UAE President, Fujairah Ruler Review National Development Priorities, Inspect Fujairah Port

Fujairah, The Gulf Observer: President of the United Arab Emirates, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, on Friday met with His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Fujairah, to discuss key national issues aligned with the UAE’s ongoing development agenda.
During the meeting, the two leaders reaffirmed that the aspirations and well-being of the UAE people remain at the heart of the country’s leadership vision and continue to serve as a cornerstone of national development plans and future initiatives.
Their Highnesses also commended the enduring values that define Emirati society, emphasizing their role in strengthening social cohesion, national unity, and the collective ability to address evolving challenges. They expressed their shared hopes for the UAE’s sustained progress, prosperity, and long-term security and stability.
Following the discussions, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed, accompanied by His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, conducted an inspection visit to the Fujairah Port. During the tour, they reviewed operational processes and measures implemented to ensure business continuity and maintain the highest standards of efficiency.
The leaders underscored the strategic importance of Fujairah Port as a vital national asset, highlighting its role in supporting the UAE’s economy, facilitating global trade, and contributing significantly to the international energy market.
Accompanying Their Highnesses during the visit were His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, His Highness Sheikh Theyab bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, along with several ministers and senior officials.
