H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Meets French Minister of Economy in Paris to Bolster Bilateral Ties

Paris, The Gulf Observer: H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates, met today in Paris with Éric Lombard, Minister of the Economy, Finance and Industry of France.

The discussions focused on enhancing joint cooperation between the two nations across various sectors, particularly in economic, investment, trade, and industrial fields, alongside other areas of mutual interest.

During the meeting, H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan reaffirmed the UAE’s commitment to deepening its strategic partnership with France. He emphasized the importance of leveraging all available opportunities to develop and strengthen bilateral cooperation frameworks, fostering prosperity for both countries.

Furthermore, Sheikh Abdullah extended his best wishes to France and its people for continued progress and success.

The meeting was attended by several high-ranking UAE officials, including Reem Ebrahim Al Hashimy, Minister of State for International Cooperation; Noura Bint Mohammed Al Kaabi, Minister of State; Saeed Mubarak Al Hajeri, Assistant Minister for Economic and Trade Affairs; Fahad Saeed Al Raqbani, UAE Ambassador to the French Republic; and Omar Saif Ghobash, Advisor to the Minister of Foreign Affairs and UAE Non-Resident Ambassador to the Vatican.

This high-level engagement underscores the shared commitment of both nations to reinforcing their long-standing partnership and exploring new avenues for collaboration in key sectors.
