Her Highness Assayida Ahd Al Busaidi Presides Over Tasmu Initiative Graduation Ceremony

Muscat, The Gulf Observer: Her Highness the Honourable Lady Assayida Ahd Abdullah Hamed Al Busaidi, Spouse of the Sultan of Oman, presided over the graduation ceremony of the latest batch of the Tasmu Initiative, aimed at enhancing the leadership skills of Omani women. The event took place at the Royal Academy of Management (RAM) on Monday.

Upon her arrival, the Honourable Lady was warmly welcomed by Dr. Ali Qassim Al Lawati, President of the Academy, and other senior officials. This new cohort of 50 women from various sectors, including the public, private, and civil society, participated in the initiative in cooperation with the Ministry of Social Development.

The Tasmu Initiative is the first national program of its kind dedicated to empowering female leaders in Oman, providing advanced training, field visits, and meetings to promote the Sultanate’s overall development.

Following the ceremony, Her Highness toured the Academy’s departments, where she received a briefing on its objectives, strategic plans, and specialized programs. She also visited the Digital Academy and reviewed the international indices display panel.

At the end of the ceremony, Her Highness signed the Visitors Book, and the Academy presented her with a commemorative gift. She expressed her gratitude for the efforts made to advance the capabilities of Omani women and wished continued success in achieving further milestones.

The organizers of the initiative expressed their deep appreciation for the Honourable Lady’s support and presence, highlighting her ongoing commitment to the development of women in Oman.
