Kazakh Delegation Visits DOST Center for Inclusive Development in Baku

Baku, The Gulf Observer: A Kazakh delegation led by Zhanat Kurmanov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kazakhstan’s Unified Accumulative Pension Fund (UAPF JSC), and Marat Janybekov, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of the State Social Insurance Fund, visited the DOST Center for Inclusive Development and Creativity during their official trip to Azerbaijan.

The center, operating under Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population, briefed the delegation on its activities aimed at empowering individuals from vulnerable groups. Established on the initiative of First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva, the center is dedicated to nurturing creative talent, expanding opportunities for self-expression, and promoting social inclusion.

Director Elvira Ansari outlined the center’s integrated approach, which includes social, pedagogical, and psychological support for beneficiaries. She also highlighted the achievements of talented participants who have successfully showcased their creative works at both national and international platforms. The meeting further reviewed ongoing projects implemented through the center’s regional branches to strengthen inclusivity across communities.

The Kazakh delegation expressed deep appreciation for the center’s mission, its inclusive and inspiring environment, and the high quality of creative works produced by individuals from vulnerable groups. They commended Azerbaijan’s efforts in fostering inclusion and supporting the artistic potential of socially vulnerable citizens.
