Mauritius High Commissioner Highlights Strong Potential for Pakistan-Mauritius Relations

Islamabad, The Gulf Observer: High Commissioner of Mauritius to Pakistan H.E. Mr. Munsoo Kurrimbaccus has highlighted the significant potential for strengthening relations between Mauritius and Pakistan, particularly in the areas of tourism, investment, culture and people-to-people contacts.

The High Commissioner said he had the privilege of meeting members of the media fraternity at the National Press Club in Islamabad, where he participated in a meaningful and engaging discussion on Mauritius and its development journey.

During the interaction, discussions focused on the history and vibrant culture of Mauritius, its economic transformation, investment opportunities and the country’s considerable potential as a tourism destination.

Mr. Kurrimbaccus described the engagement with Pakistani media representatives as a positive and constructive interaction, marked by thoughtful questions and keen interest in Mauritius.

He underscored the important role of the media in bringing people and nations closer together by promoting greater understanding and highlighting opportunities for cooperation.
