Mohammed bin Rashid Aerospace Hub Launches Sky Support Complex

Dubai, The Gulf Observer: The Mohammed bin Rashid Aerospace Hub (MBRAH) at Dubai South has announced the launch of its new Sky Support Complex, a state-of-the-art facility designed to meet the rising demand for aviation-related services in the region.
Situated within the Aerospace Supply Chain Zone, the Sky Support Complex covers 16,661 square meters and comprises 14 premium units. The landside facility offers exceptional access, flexibility, and world-class infrastructure, making it an ideal base for companies operating in the dynamic aerospace and logistics sectors.
Tenants of the complex will benefit from operating within a bonded free zone, which permits 100 percent foreign ownership. The facility provides superior infrastructure compared to other free zones, featuring flexible warehouse, office, and commercial spaces tailored to diverse business requirements.
The complex’s proximity to Al Maktoum International Airport ensures seamless operational connectivity and integration with the broader Dubai South ecosystem.
Mohammad Al Falasi, Deputy CEO of MBRAH, said, “The sustained growth in the aviation sector and the rising demand for aviation-related services from regional and global companies have driven us to continue expanding our infrastructure. The launch of the Sky Support Complex is a direct response to this growing need, as we remain committed to delivering high-quality facilities that support our partners and contribute to Dubai’s position as a global aviation hub.”
MBRAH serves as a premier free-zone destination for leading airlines, private jet operators, maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) providers, and allied industries. Developed by Dubai South, MBRAH also hosts maintenance centres, training facilities, and education campuses, supporting the emirate’s vision to strengthen its engineering industries and become a leading aviation hub globally.
