Oman, Rwanda Sign Two Agreements, Six MoUs to Strengthen Bilateral Cooperation
Muscat, The Gulf Observer: The Sultanate of Oman and the Republic of Rwanda have signed two agreements and six memoranda of understanding (MoUs) aimed at further strengthening bilateral cooperation across a range of strategic and economic sectors.
The agreements were signed at Al Hosn Palace in Salalah and cover mutual visa exemption for holders of diplomatic, service and special passports, as well as the avoidance of double taxation.
The six MoUs provide a framework for enhanced cooperation in agriculture, logistics, land and dry port development, supply chain services, investment promotion and labour.
The memoranda also seek to advance strategic partnership and investment activation between the two countries, creating new opportunities for economic collaboration and strengthening bilateral relations.
The agreements and MoUs reflect the shared commitment of Oman and Rwanda to expand cooperation in areas of mutual interest and promote sustainable economic and investment partnerships between the two countries.
