PERTIWI Holds Opening Ceremony for Tedarus Al-Quran at Kampong Kilanas Mosque
Bandar Seri Begawan, The Gulf Observer: PERTIWI organised an opening ceremony for the association’s Tedarus Al-Quran in conjunction with the holy month of Ramadhan at Kampong Kilanas Mosque yesterday.
The ceremony commenced with the recitation of Sayyidul Istighfar, followed by the recitation of Al-Quran. PERTIWI Vice President Hajah Ramlah binti Haji Abdul Ghani led the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah, after which the participants recited Surah Al-Baqarah.
PERTIWI Chairlady Hajah binti Haji Abdul Wahab then recited Doa Peliharakan Sultan dan Negara Brunei Darussalam, followed by the Tahlil led by Hajah Fatimah binti Haji Ahmad.
The gathering aimed to bring members closer to Allah the Almighty while also fostering stronger ties among participants and supporting the mosque throughout the blessed month of Ramadhan.
