President Zardari Urges Nation to Uphold Quaid-e-Azam’s Principles

Islamabad, The Gulf Observer: President Asif Ali Zardari has said that Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah devoted his entire life to securing the fundamental human rights and political and social freedoms of the Muslims of the subcontinent.

In his message on the death anniversary of Quaid-e-Azam, the President said that Jinnah’s tireless struggle, commitment to principles and unwavering leadership paved the way for the establishment of an independent homeland for the Muslims of the subcontinent.

President Zardari said Quaid-e-Azam always placed the principles of constitutionalism, rule of law, democracy, equality and human rights at the forefront. His fundamental objective was to secure the legitimate rights of Muslims and establish a free homeland where they could pursue their political, economic and social development independently.

The President called upon the nation to follow the principles and vision of Quaid-e-Azam and play its role in promoting Pakistan’s development, stability, unity and prosperity.

He said Quaid-e-Azam envisioned Pakistan as a strong, democratic and developed state founded on the rule of law. He emphasized that national unity and collective efforts were essential to realizing this vision.

President Zardari urged the nation to draw inspiration from Quaid-e-Azam’s life and struggle and fulfill its responsibilities toward the development, progress and stability of Pakistan.
