Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif Expresses Condolences Over Indonesia Earthquake

Islamabad, The Gulf Observer: Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif on Saturday expressed deep sorrow over the loss of lives and extensive devastation caused by the earthquake in Indonesia.

In a post on X, the Prime Minister conveyed heartfelt condolences, on behalf of the people and Government of Pakistan, to Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto, the people of Indonesia and the bereaved families.

He said Pakistan’s thoughts and prayers were with all those affected by the devastating earthquake and prayed for the swift recovery of those injured in the disaster.

“Pakistan stands shoulder to shoulder with the brotherly people of Indonesia,” the Prime Minister said, expressing hope and strength for all those facing the difficult situation.

He also wished the Indonesian people resilience and courage as they cope with the aftermath of the natural disaster.
