Qatar and Argentina Discuss Bilateral Ties and Gaza Mediation Efforts
Doha, The Gulf Observer: Minister of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Qatar, H E Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulaziz bin Saleh Al Khulaifi, met with Deputy Foreign Minister of Argentina, H E Leopoldo Francisco Sahores, in Doha yesterday.
The meeting focused on enhancing cooperation and strengthening the relations between Qatar and Argentina. Both officials engaged in discussions on various international issues, including the latest developments in the Gaza Strip, the occupied Palestinian territories, and broader regional and Latin American affairs.
Deputy Foreign Minister Sahores expressed Argentina’s appreciation for Qatar’s ongoing mediation efforts in Gaza. He specifically acknowledged Qatar’s pivotal role in facilitating the release of prisoners and detainees, highlighting the positive impact of Qatar’s diplomatic interventions.
