Miad Muhammad becomes champion in second women’s billiards championship
Tabuk, The Gulf Observer: Miad Muhammad was crowned with the gold medal and the championship shield in the second Saudi Women’s Billiard and Snooker Championship, which concluded here on Saturday.
A total of 18 players from various regions of the Kingdom participated in the event held at the Tabuk Masters Hall. A number of hearing impaired players also took part in the billiard competitions.
Dr. Nasser Al-Shammari, president of the Saudi Arabian Billiard and Snooker Federation, gave away medals with the winners. He presented gold medal, championship shield and prize money to Miad, who emerged as the champion. The player Sohrab Yahya, who came in the second place, was given away with the silver medal and a financial reward while Al-Batool Al-Hamza came in the third place.
Duha Khudair came in the fourth place while Dalal Al-Shammari and Nada Al-Zahrani emerged as winners of the fifth and sixth positions.
