Student Esports Cup to be held in Turkmenistan for 1st time
Ashgabat, The Gulf Observer: At the beginning of 2024, the first Student Esports Cup in the history of country will be held Turkmenistan. The tournament is organized by the National Electronic Sports Federation, according to the official website of TMESF.
The competition is designed to give students of higher and secondary specialized educational institutions of Turkmenistan the opportunity to express themselves in the eSports arena. This will serve as a good basis for the formation of a national student eSports team and its participation in international student games.
Students of universities and secondary specialized educational institutions aged 15 years and older will be able to take part in the Cup. In this case, all players on one team must represent one educational institution. Competitions will be held in Dota 2 and Counter-Strike 2.
