Turkmenistan’s National Leader Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Highlights Key Priorities for Oncology Center in Ashgabat
Ashgabat, The Gulf Observer: The under-construction International Scientific and Clinical Oncology Center in Ashgabat will feature a specialized department of intellectual analysis staffed by multilingual professionals. This announcement was made by the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, during an inspection of the center’s construction, according to TDH reports.
During a working meeting with Minister of Health and Medical Industry M. Mammedov and construction lead N. Amannepesov, Berdimuhamedov outlined three main priorities to enhance the healthcare system.
Firstly, he stressed the importance of creating a unified intellectual analysis department within the oncology center. This department must meet international standards, leverage digital systems, and contribute to all sectors of the national economy.
Secondly, Berdimuhamedov emphasized the need to recruit young professionals proficient in digital technologies, with strong academic credentials. These individuals should actively pursue innovations, combine their work with scientific research, and carry a deep sense of responsibility for their roles.
Thirdly, language proficiency will be a key criterion for recruitment. Employees should be skilled in English, German, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, and Russian. They must also possess the ability to make informed decisions, demonstrate well-rounded expertise, and maintain a conscientious approach to their duties.
The department of intellectual analysis will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate diagnoses and obtaining reliable disease information. This will enable higher-quality therapeutic measures and more effective treatment planning. Berdimuhamedov underscored that such advancements would significantly elevate the standard of healthcare in Turkmenistan.
