UAE Awards First-Class Medal of Independence to Uruguayan Ambassador Álvaro Carlo Moreira
Abu Dhabi, The Gulf Observer: President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has conferred the First-Class Medal of Independence upon Álvaro Carlo Moreira, Ambassador of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay to the UAE, in recognition of his efforts to strengthen bilateral relations during his tenure.
Reem bint Ebrahim Al Hashimy, Minister of State for International Cooperation, presented the prestigious medal to Ambassador Moreira during a meeting held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
