UAE President Meets King of Bahrain to Discuss Strengthening Bilateral Ties
Abu Dhabi, The Gulf Observer: UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan Thursday welcomed His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa of Bahrain at his residence in Abu Dhabi during the King’s private visit to the UAE.
During their meeting, the two leaders discussed the deep-rooted and long-standing relations between the UAE and Bahrain, reaffirming their mutual commitment to further enhance these ties for the benefit of both nations and their peoples.
The conversation also focused on the ongoing growth of cooperation across various sectors between the two countries. Both leaders underscored the importance of strengthening joint efforts to address development priorities, with the goal of fostering progress and prosperity for their citizens. This shared vision reflects the close ties and collaborative spirit between the UAE and Bahrain.
The meeting was also attended by General H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Isa bin Salman Al Khalifa, Commander of the National Guard of Bahrain; H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad bin Isa, Personal Representative of His Majesty the King of Bahrain; Sheikh Khalid bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, Minister of the Royal Court, and several other officials.
The visit highlights the strong and enduring relationship between the two nations, marked by continuous efforts to promote collaboration at all levels.
