UAE, Russia Foreign Ministers Discuss Middle East Situation and Bilateral Cooperation

Abu Dhabi, The Gulf Observer: H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates, held a telephone conversation with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov to discuss regional and international developments, with a particular focus on the situation in the Middle East.
During the call, the two ministers exchanged views on the latest regional developments and reviewed ongoing efforts aimed at promoting security, stability, and lasting peace across the Middle East in line with the aspirations of the region’s peoples for sustainable development and prosperity.
Sheikh Abdullah and Lavrov also discussed a range of issues of mutual interest concerning bilateral relations between the United Arab Emirates and the Russian Federation.
The two sides reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening cooperation across various sectors and enhancing bilateral ties in ways that serve the shared interests of both countries and contribute to regional and international stability.
