UN condemns Houthi attack on oil port in Hadramout
New York, The Gulf Observer: The UN Special Envoy for Yemen Hans Grundberg condemned Saturday the targeting by the terrorist Houthi militias of the Dhabba oil port in Hadramout, southeast Yemen, with two booby-trapped drones.
“At this critical juncture, I call on the parties to show utmost restraint and double their efforts to renew and expand the truce and lay the groundwork for a permanent ceasefire, and activating a political process to end the conflict,” Grundberg said in a statement.
He denounced the attack as a “deeply worrying military escalation.”
