Uzbekistan Delegation Engages in Youth Cooperation at CAYA Summit 2025 in Pakistan

Islamabad, The Gulf Observer: A delegation led by the First Deputy Director of the Agency for Youth Affairs of Uzbekistan, Dilnoza Kattakhonova, participated in the Commonwealth Asia Youth Alliance (CAYA) Youth Summit 2025, held in Pakistan.

During the summit, Prime Minister of Pakistan Shehbaz Sharif met with the Uzbek delegation and emphasized the importance of enhancing cooperation between the youth of Uzbekistan and Pakistan. He recalled his visit to Uzbekistan and highlighted the necessity of signing documents to strengthen youth-related initiatives and partnerships between the two nations.

As part of the summit’s agenda, a meeting of Asian Youth Ministers was convened, where the Uzbek delegation delivered a presentation on Uzbekistan’s youth policy. The presentation outlined key initiatives undertaken by the country to empower young people, promote education, and enhance international collaboration in the field of youth development.

The participation of the Uzbek delegation in the CAYA Youth Summit 2025 reflects Uzbekistan’s commitment to fostering regional youth engagement and strengthening bilateral ties with Pakistan in the sphere of youth affairs.
