Vietnam Airlines to Launch Direct Nha Trang – Busan Route on June 1

Hanoi, The Gulf Observer: Vietnam Airlines (VNA) has announced plans to officially launch a direct air route connecting Nha Trang, a popular beach city in Khánh Hòa province, with Busan, the Republic of Korea (RoK), on June 1.
The new route will operate one daily flight, increasing the total number of flights between Vietnam and the RoK to over 50 per week. This expansion aims to meet the growing demand for travel while enhancing the national flag carrier’s flight network across Northeast Asia.
A Vietnam Airlines representative emphasized that the new service is a key milestone in the airline’s international expansion strategy and is expected to strengthen economic and tourism ties between Vietnam and the RoK.
The Nha Trang – Busan route will become Vietnam Airlines’ sixth direct connection between the two nations, joining existing routes linking Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, and Nha Trang with Seoul, as well as Hanoi with Busan.
To mark the launch, Vietnam Airlines is offering special round-trip fares starting at VNĐ6.499 million (US$255.97), inclusive of taxes and fees. This promotional fare applies to tickets purchased by February 18 for departures between June 1 and October 31, excluding peak periods. Tickets are available through the airline’s ticket offices, agents, website, and mobile app.
