Vietnam Extends Congratulations to Newly Elected Romanian Prime Minister
Hanoi, The Gulf Observer: Prime Minister Phạm Minh Chính on Monday extended his heartfelt congratulations to Ilie Bolojan on his election as the Prime Minister of Romania.
In a separate message on the same day, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Bùi Thanh Sơn also conveyed his congratulations to Oana Silvia Toiu on her appointment as Romania’s Minister of Foreign Affairs.
