Xi Jinping Chairs CPC Meeting to Review Key Reports and Guidelines
Beijing, The Gulf Observer: On Wednesday, Xi Jinping, the General Secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee, presided over a meeting of the Political Bureau. The meeting involved a comprehensive review of a report presented by the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee.
The discussions at the meeting included an examination of the work reports of the leading Party members groups of various key institutions, including the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress, the State Council, the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, the Supreme People’s Court, and the Supreme People’s Procuratorate. Additionally, the work report of the Secretariat of the CPC Central Committee was discussed.
The meeting also delved into a summary report on the Party’s theoretical study program related to Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era. A guideline outlining the strategy for building on the achievements in the theoretical study program was reviewed.
In addition, the Political Bureau examined new CPC regulations concerning disciplinary inspection, reinforcing the Party’s commitment to internal governance and discipline.
