The participation demonstrated the government’s commitment to enhancing efficiency, security, and user experience in public service delivery.
One of the key agreements was between the Abu Dhabi Civil Defence Authority (ADCDA) and The Arabic Vision Information Systems. This MoU aims to strengthen ADCDA’s technological infrastructure by integrating cutting-edge communication solutions, including high-performance workstations, advanced network infrastructure, and sophisticated surveillance systems. This partnership is designed to ensure smooth operations by offering routine and on-demand support, backed by a team of dedicated technicians. The initiative seeks to reduce downtime and boost productivity across various systems.
Additionally, ADCDA partnered with United Security Group to enhance the reliability of its communication networks. The MoU covers maintenance and repair services for network cabling and connectivity, with a team of specialized engineers conducting regular inspections and addressing technical issues promptly to maintain operational continuity.
The Abu Dhabi Government’s participation at GITEX culminated in a thank-you ceremony, recognizing the efforts of over thirty government entities and their partners who contributed to this landmark event.
Throughout the week, Abu Dhabi entities showcased groundbreaking AI-enabled platforms, including TAMM 3.0, the Sahatna app, and the Tomouh learning platform. These innovations are part of the government’s broader strategy to set new standards in digital governance, enhance service accessibility, and deliver world-class public services. The strategic MoUs signed during the event reaffirm Abu Dhabi’s role as a leader in embracing the future of public service delivery.
