President Tokayev Receives Birthday Wishes from World Leaders, Discusses Regional and Bilateral Ties

Astana, The Gulf Observer: President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev on Sunday held separate telephone conversations with Russian President Vladimir Putin, Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, according to the Kazakh presidency, Akorda.

During the conversations, the foreign leaders congratulated President Tokayev on his birthday and conveyed their best wishes for continued success in his state responsibilities and service to the people of Kazakhstan.

The leaders also exchanged views on current issues related to bilateral cooperation as well as regional and multilateral agendas during the telephone talks.
