Mauritian Envoy Meets RCCI President to Promote Trade and Investment Cooperation with Pakistan

Rawalpindi, The Gulf Observer: The Ambassador of Mauritius to Pakistan called on the President of the Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (RCCI), Usman Shaukat, in a meeting aimed at enhancing bilateral economic cooperation and strengthening commercial ties between the two countries.

During the meeting, both sides discussed prospects for expanding trade, investment, and business-to-business collaboration, emphasizing the importance of stronger engagement between the private sectors of Mauritius and Pakistan.

The Mauritian envoy expressed a keen interest in holding an official meeting with members of the Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce and Industry to explore new avenues for bilateral trade, investment, and strategic business partnerships.

The ambassador said closer interaction between the business communities of the two countries would help unlock new economic opportunities, facilitate greater commercial cooperation, and contribute to shared prosperity.

Reaffirming Mauritius’ commitment to deepening economic relations with Pakistan, the envoy expressed confidence that enhanced collaboration between the two business communities would further strengthen the longstanding friendship and mutually beneficial partnership between the two nations.
