US Diplomatic Mission Extends Independence Day Greetings to Pakistan

Islamabad, The Gulf Observer: The United States diplomatic mission in Pakistan extended warm greetings to the people of Pakistan on the occasion of the country’s 79th Independence Day, reaffirming the longstanding friendship between the two countries.

In a message shared on Friday, Chargé d’Affaires Natalie A. Baker and the U.S. diplomatic mission in Pakistan said the United States was proud to have been among the first countries to recognise Pakistan’s independence.

The mission noted that over the past eight decades, the friendship between the United States and Pakistan had continued to grow stronger.

Extending its greetings to people across Pakistan celebrating the national occasion, the U.S. diplomatic mission wished them peace, joy and a memorable day spent with their loved ones.

“Jashn-e-Azadi Mubarak,” the mission said, conveying its best wishes to the people of Pakistan on Independence Day.
