President Rahmon Attends F1H2O World Championship Final in Kyrgyzstan

Cholpon-ATA, President of Tajikistan His Excellency Emomali Rahmon attended the final round of the F1H2O World Championship, the prestigious Formula 1 powerboat racing competition, held on Lake Issyk-Kul in Cholpon-Ata, Kyrgyzstan.
The championship final was attended by the leaders of Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan, underscoring the growing spirit of regional cooperation and support for international sporting events in Central Asia.
According to official information, this marked the first time the globally renowned F1H2O World Championship has been hosted in the Central Asian region. The event brought together 15 world-class drivers representing 12 countries, showcasing elite powerboat racing on one of the region’s most scenic lakes.
The competition attracted significant international attention and highlighted Central Asia’s increasing capacity to host major global sporting events.
