Qatar: Sheikha Hind visits World Cup events in Education City

Doha, The Gulf Observer: The Vice Chairperson and CEO of Qatar Foundation HE Sheikha Hind bint Hamad Al Thani visited the GOALS exhibition at Education City as it continues to tell the story of the FIFA World Cup through the eyes and words of those who are experiencing it themselves.

The exhibition is a collection of stories, images, and videos created by people living, working, and studying in Qatar, and is showcased at Qatar Foundation partner university Virginia Commonwealth University School of the Arts in Qatar.

Following the exhibition visit, HE Sheikha Hind explored the Fan Experience activations on offer at Education City.

The activations, which are held on Education City Stadium FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 matchdays three hours before and two hours after games include a variety of multisensory experiences, educational activities, and cultural performances that showcase the heritage of Qatar and the wider region.
