Amir of Qatar receives call from President of Indonesia
Doha, The Gulf Observer: The Amir of Qatar HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani received Saturday evening a telephone call from HE President of the Republic of Indonesia Joko Widodo, during which he congratulated HH the Amir on the success of organizing the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, wishing more progress and prosperity for the State of Qatar’s leadership, government and people.
The two sides further discussed the bilateral relations between the two countries and ways to enhance and develop them, in addition to a host of topics of mutual interest.
