Mainland spokesperson praises Honduras on establishing ties with China
Beijing, The Gulf Observer: Honduras has made the right decision in establishing ties with China, which is the global mainstream, Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council spokesperson Ma Xiaoguang said on Monday.
“There is but one China in the world and Taiwan is a part of China. The one-China principle has become the consensus of the international community and the basic norm governing international relations,” Ma added.
