Muscat, The Gulf Observer: In a groundbreaking collaboration, Oman Data Park (ODP) and ITHCA Group unveiled Jabreen Smart Infrastructure Solutions, heralding the largest cloud systems with a fresh identity in the Sultanate of Oman.
Under the patronage of Sheikh Ghosn Hilal Al Alawi, Chairman of the State Audit Institution (SAI), the official launch ceremony of Jabreen Smart Infrastructure Solutions marked a significant milestone in Oman’s technological landscape.
This innovative cloud system aims to cater to the Omani market’s diverse needs by offering a comprehensive suite of integrated cloud solutions, artificial intelligence (AI) solutions, and cybersecurity solutions. Leveraging substantial investments, the initiative builds upon the first phase’s success in attracting advanced cloud services from Oracle. Now, Jabreen Project represents the second phase, delivering an extensive package of cloud solutions encompassing Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS).
With a renewed identity, Jabreen Smart Infrastructure Solutions endeavors to elevate data and cybersecurity standards while adhering to both international and Omani standards. By fostering a conducive environment for digital transformation, the initiative aims to bolster the efficiency and efficacy of governmental entities and private sector organizations across the Sultanate. Notably, the transition from capital to operational costs is expected to streamline processes and accelerate the adoption of artificial intelligence, contributing to Oman’s broader digital transformation goals.
