Azerbaijani Culture Days in Turkmenistan Conclude with Grand Dance Ensemble Performance

Baku, The Gulf Observer: The Days of Azerbaijani Culture in Turkmenistan concluded on June 7 with a spectacular performance by the Azerbaijan State Dance Ensemble, marking the successful end of a three-day cultural celebration held from June 5 to 7.
The closing concert took place at the Palace of Mukams in Turkmenistan and was attended by government officials from the host country, representatives of Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Culture, prominent cultural figures, and members of the public.
The program opened with the dance suite “My Azerbaijan,” showcasing the country’s rich cultural heritage and artistic traditions. The ensemble then presented a series of traditional folk dances, including “Wedding,” “Qazakhy,” “Halay,” “Naz elama,” “Terekeme,” “Uzundere,” and “Bahar.”
The performances were met with enthusiastic applause from the audience, highlighting the strong cultural ties and friendship between Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan.
The cultural event served as a platform to promote Azerbaijani art and traditions abroad while further strengthening cultural cooperation and people-to-people exchanges between the two brotherly nations.
