Cuban Ambassador Signs Condolence Book at Qatari Embassy

Islamabad, The Gulf Observer: Cuban Ambassador to Pakistan, Damián Cordero Torres, visited the Embassy of the State of Qatar in Islamabad to sign the book of condolences following the passing of His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, the Father Emir of the State of Qatar.
During the solemn visit, the Cuban envoy was received by protocol officials of the Qatari Embassy, where he conveyed heartfelt condolences on behalf of the Embassy of Cuba, the Cuban government, and the people of Cuba.
Ambassador Torres paid tribute to the late Father Emir’s enduring legacy, recalling his close friendship with the late Cuban revolutionary leader Fidel Castro and highlighting his significant role in strengthening the bonds of friendship and cooperation between Qatar and Cuba.
The Cuban ambassador noted that Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani’s contributions to fostering mutual respect, dialogue, and bilateral cooperation would be remembered with deep appreciation, emphasizing that his legacy of brotherhood between the two nations will endure for generations.
