Morocco, Kazakhstan Sign Judicial Cooperation Agreement to Strengthen Legal Ties
Rabat, The Gulf Observer: Morocco and Kazakhstan have signed a judicial cooperation agreement aimed at strengthening bilateral legal relations, improving access to justice, and enhancing coordination between the judicial authorities of both countries.
The agreement was signed in Astana as part of ongoing efforts to deepen institutional cooperation and expand the legal partnership between Morocco and Kazakhstan.
According to Morocco’s Ministry of Justice, the agreement is designed to facilitate closer collaboration in civil justice matters, promote the exchange of legal expertise, and establish more effective mechanisms for cooperation between the two countries’ judicial institutions.
The judicial cooperation framework is expected to improve coordination on legal and judicial issues, streamline procedures, and reinforce mutual assistance between the respective justice systems, reflecting the growing strategic partnership between Rabat and Astana.
The latest agreement builds on expanding bilateral relations between Morocco and Kazakhstan and underscores both countries’ commitment to strengthening institutional cooperation, promoting the rule of law, and advancing international legal collaboration.
