Poland’s Deputy Marshal Michał Kamiński Visits Uzbekistan’s Senate to Strengthen Bilateral Ties

Tashkent, The Gulf Observer: Michał Kamiński, Deputy Marshal of the Senate of the Republic of Poland, visited the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, where he met with Chairperson Tanzila Narbayeva to discuss the progressive development of interparliamentary dialogue between the two nations.

During the meeting, both sides emphasized their mutual interest in further strengthening cooperation between the legislative bodies of Uzbekistan and Poland. Special focus was placed on the activities of parliamentary friendship groups and the importance of regular visits by parliamentary delegations to enhance bilateral relations.

The discussions also centered on expanding cooperation in various sectors, including higher education, culture, tourism, healthcare, and agriculture. Both parties underscored the value of exchange programs for students and professionals, and the potential for joint educational initiatives to deepen humanitarian ties.

The meeting concluded with an agreement to continue fostering regular interparliamentary contacts, further solidifying the growing relationship between Poland and Uzbekistan.
