President Ilham Aliyev, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Discuss Bilateral Cooperation by Phone

Baku, The Gulf Observer: President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev held a telephone conversation with the National Leader of the Turkmen People and Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, on June 25, during which the two leaders reaffirmed the importance of strengthening bilateral cooperation across multiple sectors.
According to an official statement, President Aliyev and Berdimuhamedov highlighted the traditionally strong and productive ties between Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan, particularly in the fields of culture, science, education, and sports.
The two leaders also exchanged views on the priority areas of bilateral relations and discussed prospects for further expanding cooperation between the two countries.
The telephone conversation reflected the continued commitment of both Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan to enhancing their strategic partnership and deepening collaboration across areas of mutual interest.
