President of Uzbekistan departs for Budapest

The President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev left for Hungary on an official visit, today.

Tashkent, The Gulf Observer: The President of Uzbekistan left for Hungary on an official visit, today.

According to the press service of the head of state, meetings with Hungarian President Katalin Novák and talks with Prime Minister Viktor Orbán are planned in accordance with the program of the stay in Budapest.

During the meetings, topical issues of further development of strategic partnership relations and expansion of multifaceted cooperation in priority areas will be considered.

In addition, there will be an exchange of views on the international and regional agenda.

Shavkat Mirziyoyev will also meet with representatives of leading Hungarian companies.

In honor of the official visit, the streets of the country’s capital, Budapest, are decorated with the flags of Uzbekistan and Hungary.
