President Pezeshkian Stresses National Unity as Key to Overcoming Challenges
Tehran, The Gulf Observer: President Masoud Pezeshkian has reaffirmed that national unity is essential for solving domestic issues and countering external threats, emphasizing that solidarity is the foundation for progress.
“We are capable of overcoming all problems, but we must join hands, as unity is my first and last word,” Pezeshkian declared during a Ramadan gathering with Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei on Saturday evening.
Call for Harmony and Tolerance
The president cautioned against division in society, labeling it a major obstacle to the nation’s advancement. “If division arises and we have differences, we will not be able to achieve our goals,” he warned.
Highlighting the importance of communal harmony, openness, and tolerance, Pezeshkian asserted that no external force can weaken a nation that remains united under a single leadership.
“No matter what threats the enemies make, we are capable of dealing with them,” he stressed, adding that the Iranian nation will stand strong against adversities through unity.
High-Level Ramadan Meeting with Ayatollah Khamenei
The heads of the three branches of government, along with senior civil and military officials, participated in the Ramadan gathering with Ayatollah Khamenei at the Imam Khomeini religious center on Saturday.
